So the question is… “How do I tighten my vagina?”
The first question you should ask yourself is “Is my vagina loose?”
If you are young, healthy, and never given childbirth, chances are you DON’T have a loose vagina. But if you are older, given childbirth, chances are you might. Here are some ways to figure out if you have a loose vagina:
- You can easily insert 3 fingers into your vagina.
- You cant feel stimulation from your partner when the penis is inserted.
- Your partner shares concern about the topic.
A loose vagina has solutions but lets go back to how the vagina becomes loose before we answer the question.
The vagina is a muscle. It is elastic and can stretch many times its size, like when giving childbirth. It can also weaken with age, like any other muscle in the body does with age. A decrease in estrogen, when we get older results in the thinning of the vaginal wall which makes it lose its elasticity. The vaginal muscles will also adapt to a partner that is more “endowed” than the average penis. All these factors result in the loosening of the vaginal muscles.
And whats worse is that when a womens vagina is loose, sex will not be as enjoyable, and the woman will typically not get as aroused. When the woman is not aroused, there wont be secretions in the vagina to lubricate. This will cause painful or or unenjoyable sex.
So to tighten a vagina, it needs to be strengthened. The best way to do this is with kegel exercises. There are other methods available today that can also help in tightening a loose vagina which includes herbal remedies and even surgical reconstruction.
